Monster before me

If you own a McLaren, you know they have a ton of personality. So, forgive me the personification, but Monster had quite the life before me. And that’s the beauty of not buying a new car (+ avoiding the depreciation). I went down the rabbit hole and Monster didn't disappoint. Monster's journey begins somewhere in 2018. It was ordered in Glacier White. Between 2018-2019, it was driven mostly in Germany and the Netherlands. This is the stock look of it.
In July 2019, Monster debuted the Monster look, still in Glacier White. It took part in SupercarSundayNL in Assen.
I honestly love this look, I might bring it back.
2019 is also the year Monster got involved in a crash on Nordschleife. There are no photos of the crash, as we know filming of crashes is not permitted on the Ring. Even I, the current owner, haven't seen photos of the crash. But it's the Ring and it was likely a bad one. Another reason to believe it was a major crash is that Monster is not seen until the spring of 2021. So, that's at least a year for a rebuilt, which sounds serious. The engine bay and the monocoque were not damaged, though. The previous owner said it wasn't a pretty one, but he walked away without any injuries, which only proves that McLaren know what they're doing with their monocoque. Safety and performance should come hand in hand, always!
It's the spring of 2021. The post-covid world cooked a lot of brains. Monster was revived by McLaren and ready to brace the world once again. This marks its first appearance in Mantis Green. Again, spotted in the Netherlands. Around this time, Monster was tuned by PP-Performance and got a new custom exhaust!

In the summer of 2021, Monster debuted its current look. It took part in Supercar Owners Circle event in Croatia. The previous owner still participates in SOC, just not with Monster anymore. (Monster has a SOC sticker on the windshield btw) So, yeah, it participated in the most prestigious car collector's network in the world. Some of my Croatian followers recognised Monster from this event and sent me precious videos they filmed of Monster.
While in Croatia, the previous owner (along other high-profile car collectors) was invited to the introduction of Rimac Nevera to the world, by Mate Rimac himself. He went with Monster. It's now part of the official Nevera promo.

From 2022 to late 2024, Monster was a daily driver. It was a prominent and regular supercar at Motorworld season openings.
Which leads us to now - Monster became mine in February 2025.

Hear the roar of Monster and Paris:
Monster is already in high demand for creative projects. Its first paid appearance is getting filmed this weekend! If you're considering it, just know that there's 0 chance I'm gonna give you the driver's seat. I don't even let my boyfriend drive it and he has McLarens and a V12 Lambo. lol First time he sat in it (I picked him up from the airport in Monster lol), he was like "that's the smoothest McLaren I've been in". I agree with him, brilliant tuning by PP-Performance. The car drives amazingly and made us realize that the BG tuners suck ass. lmao We come as a pack, alright. I had to cancel a few of those already. The car is too powerful, takes time to adapt. But I'll be more than happy to do stunts with it, just show me a creative vision I can work with. I'm beyond happy with the car. We matched instantly and I'm never selling Monster. We are forever.
See you around!
